His legislative contributions were guided by a deep understanding of grassroots realities, with deliberate attention to infrastructure, education, youth empowerment, healthcare, agriculture, and community security in Bende North.

INFRASTRUCTURE AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT:
In the area of infrastructure, Hon. OziomaChi facilitated the construction, rehabilitation, and grading of rural access roads across various communities in Bende North, improving connectivity and economic activities. He also attracted solar-powered streetlights to strategic locations to enhance public safety and visibility.
In addition, recognizing the everyday needs of households, Hon. Ibekwe distributed solar lighting units to individual constituents for use in their homes, helping to reduce energy challenges and improve quality of life. Community electrification efforts were further strengthened through sustained engagement with relevant authorities, alongside the renovation and upgrading of community halls and public meeting spaces for civic and social engagements.
EDUCATION AND HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT:
Education remained a central pillar of Hon. Ibekwe Nnamdi Chimdi’s interventions in 2025. He supported public schools through the distribution of educational materials, renovation of selected classroom blocks, and provision of desks and learning aids.

Hon.
