GRACE AMPLIFIED PART 3: I SHALL NEVER BE ASHAMED
Joel 2:27 (KJV): “And ye shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the Lord your God, and none else: and my people shall never be ashamed.”
Whenever grace is amplified in the life of a believer, a supernatural move ignites. This divine intervention precipitates situations and circumstances that shield the believer, ensuring that demonic pathogens, spiritual and circumstantial agents manifesting, and attracting shame and misfodrune do not prevail. Grace does not merely cover; it confronts, confounds, and conquers.
Consider the timeless drama in the Book of Esther, where Haman’s plot to annihilate the Jews glamorised the deodorant of shame. Haman, elevated by King Ahasuerus, sought to exalt himself by destroying Mordecai, the Jew, who refused to bow in idolatry (Esther 3:5–6). This was no petty grudge; it was a pathogen of pride, envy, and genocidal shame designed to humiliate an entire nation. Mordecai, seated at the king’s gate in faithful obscurity, became the target; destined for public execution on the horse prepared for Haman’s own downfall (Esther 6:6–11).
Lo!, grace amplified. In the dead of night, the king could not sleep, and the chronicles revealed Mordecai’s unheralded heroism in foiling an assassination plot (Esther 6:1–3). What followed was a supernatural reversal: Haman, clothed in the royal robe, led Mordecai on the king’s horse through the city square, proclaiming, “Thus shall it be done unto the man whom the king delighteth to honour” (Esther 6:11). Haman’s gallows, built for Mordecai’s shame, annihilation became his own fate (Esther 7:10). Grace precipitated these divine shield; circumstances orchestrated by an unseen Hand, turning the plotter’s design into perpetual personal destruction.
Mordecai rose from the gate to the palace, his sackcloth exchanged for robes of glory. The Jews experienced light and joy instead of mourning and shame (Esther 8:16). Here, grace amplified silenced every accuser, proving Joel 2:27: God’s people shall never be ashamed.
Believers, arise! In every battleground of life; where every device of the crafty of shame, betrayals, delays and oppositions meet a brick wall of amplified grace standing as your impenetrable fortress. It exposes hidden plots like the king’s sleepless revelation; reverses every ungodly ride, forcing mockers to herald your honour; and decrees total deliverance, shattering every chain. No Haman can prevail when the God of Mordecai thunders from the throne: My people shall never be ashamed!
This is our inheritance as believers! Let grace ignite now to confound your enemies, exalt your testimony, and flood your path with inextinquishable light.
